Pumpkin Patch

Ed in the pumpkin patch.

Razorback Holler is a forest located in a rural town and is used as a primary location in the Pumpkinhead franchise, except for Pumpkinhead II: Blood Wings, which does not follow the story of the original film.

When Ed Harley's son Billy is accidentally hit and killed with a motorbike by Joel, part of a group of teenagers visiting the rural town, he goes to see the old witch of the woods Haggis, who tells him to go to Razorback Holler to dig up Pumpkinhead's corpse in the pumpkin patch graveyard. Ed goes to dig up the corpse, where he finds a large burial mound and many deformed and rotten pumpkins.

After the Pumpkinhead demon is finished killing the teenagers who did Ed wrong, and after Ed realizes that conjuring Pumpkinhead was a mistake, Ed shoots himself to stop the monster. Haggis retrieves Ed's now deformed and shriveled corpse, which she buries in the same burial mound where Ed dug up the creature.

Pumpkinhead: Ashes to Ashes

20 years later, the residents of what is presumably the same rural town discover that someone has been killing their loved ones and dumping their bodies in a nearby swamp. When Oliver is digging up various bodies, he discovers the burial mound and finds Ed' skeleton, which Haggis takes back to her shack soon after. Four of the townspeople conjure Pumpkinhead to avenge the deaths of their loved ones.

The Razorback Holler setting is not seen again until the end of the film, when Haggis retrieves Ellie Johnson's corpse and buries it in the mound.
